Characteristics and usage
Diamond and CBN cut-off wheels, type 1A1R, are used in cutting machines, surface grinders and machining centres and provide high material-removal rate and long durability for the grinding / cutting applications.
Cut-off wheels 1A1R are well suited for plunge grinding and cutting applications.
Usage of diamond 1A1R wheels
Diamond 1A1R cut-off wheels are being used for cutting / grinding materials like tungsten carbide, glass, ferrite, graphite, technical ceramics, porcelain, etc.
Usage of CBN 1A1R wheels
CBN 1A1R cut-off wheels are being used for cutting / grinding materials like chromium steels, hardened steels, high-speed steels (HSS), ball-bearing steels, tooling steels and other. Our wheels allow economical cutting of HSS and hardened steels.

BONDS: We offer 1A1R wheels in resinous, metal and electroplated bonds. Other solutions require previous consultancy.
